I have a HP 2620 Deskjet printer, only two years old, hardly used. Until a couple of weeks ago it worked fine. I did receive an email telling me that my printer wasn't connected to the internet (don't know why that would be) but I overlooked the email and did not try to reconnect my printer until a couple of weeks ago. Now, I cannot get it to connect and I cannot print anything. I've tried all the help screens but no joy. Is this something to do with HP inkjet? This is driving me crazy!

Hi @Spen61,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
- Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network, public network or without a router?
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
