Cannot contact any support

Hello, I have used Instantink for years, I updated my printer and had the same problem as everyone else as far as the free period, then one of the new cartridges they sent would not work, after months of them sending new cartridge and troubleshooting by them it was still not resolved, I could not print for all of this time. They were still charging me so I complained and they would send me messages saying I had been sent refunds but none of them appeared in my account !! So I decided to cancel my account, same thing messages telling me my account was cancelled and to replace ink cartridges with store bought and it would work straightaway. Still not working with new cartridges, messages telling me to re-enrol to get printer working at the same time as telling me my account is cancelled and refunds given. I am totally sick of this !! Have they been hacked or is it just one big scam, I am going to report them to [edited] as well as going to my retailer and asking them do they realise that they are involved in a scam ? Also [edited]Can anyone on here help me or suggest a solution  thank you.

Sorry to hear about the issue, I will surely try to find and get all the help, could you please share the HP instant ink ID or the Printer serial number in private so I can try to find all the help and also Could you please share the image of the currently installed ink cartridges in the printer so I can check and help in all possible way.
