I have an issue with HP overcounting the pages I have printed.  I printed 7 pages on 3rd April however the HP ink tally is that I printed 13.  I have waited 16+ minutes to talk to an agent about this twice today only to be cut off both times before speaking to a human.  It's like you get to the top of the queue and they reject your call.  i am infuriated by the inability to talk to a human about this and wasting times with bots and chatrooms and so on.  I want an explanation for the incorrect calculation of the pages I have printed.
