Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I have been having so many problems with my printer. I have tried everything that I can think of including restoring it to factory settings and setting everything up again. It still won't work. I've even deleted the printing app on my phone and reinstalled that. Please help urgently as I have an assignment due in on Tuesday!!
