I purchased a used refurbished HP printer. Have had constant issues with instant ink messages. I DO NOT have an instant ink account- the cartridges are not instant ink cartridges and now printer is totally locked and unusable.
Printer error: Cannot Print. Visit www.instantink.com for information

I see that you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure both the ink cartridges in the printer are non-Instant Ink cartridges.
Use regular HP inks. If the previous owner had enrolled the printer in Instant Ink and did not cancel the enrollment, you might face these issues.
Turn off web services and try printing
