HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

My printer once hard restarted, shows the message, "Cartridge cannot be used until printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink, which it is.  The only option is to Hide message.  Once message is hidden, There is a message to Align the Print head.  Continue is the only option.  Then printer is stuck in "printing the alignment page".

Also, the printer cannot be shut down unless power cable removed.  Please help.  Thank you.

Hi @Tina156,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

HP Instant Ink cartridges in a printer that is not enrolled in the HP Instant Ink service.  HP Instant Ink cartridges ONLY work if you are currently enrolled in the HP Instant Ink service.

Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and keep me posted on the results and if possible screenshots of any errors.

You may also, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
