Product: Deskjet 2722
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have not been able to redeem my free 4 months of ink or even sign up for Instant Ink. I spent 2 hours on the phone with support and was told that the engineering department is aware of the problem with Deskjet 2722's. No ETA to fix the issue.
