Hello,

I have recently bought an "Envy 6420e+" from Amazon which I have received 3 days ago. Since then, I have been struggling to connect the printer to wifi and get it recognized by the "HP Smart" app... Now that the printer is finally configured (apparently) and I have printed my claim code... there is no way to use it. I have tried the process on Chromebook, android smartphone as well a pc without wifi connection. When I click the "Instant Ink" tab, I am being offered only a 2month trial, if I register before 7 days!

Any help is highly appreciated.

@Arvi-n, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you did not get the 6 months free Instant Ink service. Make sure you have setup the printer under HP+ printing on the HP Smart app.
