Product: HP DeskJet 3760 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I am trying to enroll my printer in HP Instant Ink, but the enrollment form pre-sets shipping address to USA and disables any changes (shipping address is in Luxembourg). My HP account country is set to Luxembourg, and there are no other fields within the "Instant Ink" or "HP Smart" account dashboards where this can be changed/updated. Please help to ensure that my shipping address for Instant Ink can be set to a Luxembourgish shipping address so I can complete enrollment.
