I was signed up to instant ink but my card has expired.
I have signed into my instant ink account but there is no option to review my payment information - there is an instant ink tab, when I select this it gives me the option to sign up for instant ink, as though I have never had it before.
Under the account tab there is just my personal details, there is no payment information.
I have tried to sign up for instant ink again through the instant ink tab, this asks me to print the info page. The info page won't print because of the issue with my instant ink payment. I have inserted my printer's email address when prompted but I then get a message saying the address has already been claimed on another account. I then tried removing web services, but this has not worked either.
I am going round in circles and all I need to do is update my card information.

I understand need help with updating your payment details for your Instant Ink account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
- Sign into your Instant Ink account .
- Open Account in the left menu.
- Click BillingChange Payment Method. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.
