Cant get code

Hello

can anyone plesiosaur help 

im trying to get code to get instant inks but Im completely out of ink.

i have app it connects to app and printer so why does it need code ?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are trying to print the claim code to enroll the printer into an instant ink account.

You need ink in the cartridge to print the claim code.
