Hi @betsyreineck,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble removing your HP printer from HP Instant Ink, you may want to try the following steps.

  1. Sign In to your HP Instant Ink account:

    • Go to the HP Instant Ink website and sign in with your credentials.
  2. Access your account settings:

    • Once signed in, look for an option like "Account" or "Profile" in the navigation menu.
  3. Manage Printers:

    • Find a section related to managing printers or enrolled printers.
  4. Remove the printer:

    • Locate the printer you want to remove from the Instant Ink service and look for an option to remove or delete it.
  5. Confirm removal:

    • Follow the prompts to confirm that you want to remove the printer.
  6. Reset the printer:

    • You can also try resetting your HP printer to factory settings. This might help disassociate it from the Instant Ink service.
    • Consult your printer's manual or visit the HP support website for instructions on how to reset your specific printer model.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
