Hi @TJohnson68,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Instant Ink subscription!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Thank you for bringing this up. I understand how frustrating it is to keep seeing charges for something you’ve cancelled. Let’s make sure it’s fully stopped.

Here’s how to check and cancel properly:

Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account:
https://instantink.hpconnected.com
Use the same email you used for the subscription.

Check all printers.

Go to “My Account” → “My Printers.”

Make sure only your new printer is listed.

If the old printer still shows as “Active,” select it and choose “Cancel Enrollment.”

Check your email.

You should get a confirmation email that the plan was cancelled.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
