Instant sent me carriages that will not work in my printer, I have not had a problem till of this year, had Instant for several years, I have talked to several Tech and Supervisor with no results, the ink cartridge's Instant  sends me is a combo 63/303/65304 75Q and 63/302/65/302 75S, my printer will work with these cartridge's  incomparable, they are to big, the Tach told  me to force it in, afterword's  printer error message incompatible, if the well broke it would of been my fault then have to choice but to buy a new printer,   I have not had the correct ink for months and Iam very low now. Instant has shipped me 21 shipments  of ink I cannot used, was told me to trash them.

I have talked to several team members with no results and still no ink, I had to but ink from Walmart it's been 3 months contract states you will not run out, Breach of Contract,  false statements, this has been since February.  Unreal! 

INSTANK INK needs to reimburse me for my ink!

I see that the cartridges of your HP printer does not install properly as the cap would not close properly.

 

Instant ink cartridges will be bigger in size but will surely fit in.

I have done all your suggestion and been through Supervisors with all this  and it still will not work, it is incomparable and will not work printer shuts down. It been since February still no ink getting the wrong size, I had to but ink form Walmart In-stank need to rein-bust me for this!I have my receipt for 75.40! Breach on Contract form instant ink. Have a rep to install the cartridges they will not work! Its been done to even suggest they do work. They do not! Been dealing with this since February

its all over the internet how In stank treat their customers not getting the right cartridges and cannot print. Never had a issue till this year was getting the cartridges now I do not get any! Never run our so In stank says I did could not print so I had to buy ink. BREACH OF CONTACT! I WANT MY MONEY FOR THE INK I HAD TO BUY THAT FIT MY PRINTER! 75.40! KYLA KEEP MY RECEIPT I WOULD BE REIN BUST FOR THE COST.

The cartridges are not just 63 they are combine 63/65 which are too big will not fit or work in my printer. In stank Tech agree with me they are too big. 63/65 are not comparable for my printer Manuel that will work. Been dealing with this since February, still no ink! WHERE IS MY INK? I have been enrolled in In stank ink for years did not have a major issue till this year, HP changed the cartridges not I, my printer is not made for 63/65 cartridges in the manual states and on my printer tells me to put the right size cartridges in which are 63 not no combine with two number together,  when I tired which was several times over the past few months I get a error message incomparable insert the correct cartridges so how is that the right cartridges ?  It all over the internet complaints with HP Instant Ink doing  the something to alot other customers Iam not the only one. There are complaints with BBB also. Hp tells customer the cartridges work and they do not then closed their case out when HP Tech says they are too big to  fit in the well, what a mislead and rip off.
