Hello,
I have an HP Desk Jet 2652 with a subscription to Instant Ink. Everything has been great until today. I tried to print and could not due to a cartridge error. I checked and updated all my drivers and checked to make sure my ink subscription was still active (it is), but I still cannot run any print utilities to try to clean the print heads or any other service related items for the printer because of this error.
The instant ink site says they will not ship a replacement cartridge until they can see my ink levels, but with a cartridge error they will never see my ink levels. How (short of going to the store and purchasing out of pocket) can I get a replacement cartridge to try to correct this issue?
