After replacing my cartridges, I keep getting a cartridge error with the black cartridge and am unable to print. I'm being told I either need to clean or replace the cartridge and won't receive new ink until the error has been resolved. The cartridge is still full and there seem to be no instructions on how to clean the cartridge for my type of printer. Please advice.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error on your Envy 6030 printer. While the document is for a different series of cartridges and a different issue, the steps for cleaning the cartridge and printer contacts are the same.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue the document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
