I recently changed the ink cartridge for my printer HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer, and the printer is giving me an error message. The ink cartridge is sent from Insta Ink, and I'm not sure why the I keep getting the error message: "Ink Cartridge Error -- At least one of the cartridges has a problem." When I take out the cartridge that is being replaced, the error goes away. 

 

I've tried the Virtual Assistant, and nothing works. I can't find a number to call HP which is frustrating. Can anyone give some advice/help on this issue please?

Which of the ink cartridge is defective?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
