Cartridge Error

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ugh! Trying to print some extremely important documents tonight and 1 page prints fine, next page streaks then the "one or more of your cartridges has an issue" error pops up.


I tried the troubleshoot options including cleaning, restarting, etc with no luck what so ever. And my instant ink account says I have to clear the fault before new cartridges will be sent.  Really frustrating when I am paying for a service I can't use.
