Cartridge Error

ENVY PHOTO 6200 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a cartridge error that won't go away. I have tried all the advice to reset and clean contacts etc, but I keep getting this message

  • What is the error that you get?
  • Are you using Instant Ink cartridges?
  • Which ink cartridge is defective?

Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve an ink cartridge issue.
