While installing new firmware as directed in notification my HP Envy Photo 7155 encountered a "Cartridge Problem". The message says "Remove and reinstall the indicated (Black) cartridge making sure it is correctly installed". After reinstalling, then cleaning and reinstalling and then powering off/on, Im still getting the same error message. I believe this will only be resolved with a new cartridge. Can I get a new black cartridge for my printer? Or is another solution?
