Cartridge Error

ENVY 6234

ENVY 6234 - 18months old - Light use

 

Black (K) cartridge error for last few days. 

Have taken out, cleaned and replaced but still not working.

Have also reset printer but that doesn't work either.

InstantInk will not ship new cartridge until error is cleared but I cannot clear error.

(Instantink shows printer offline but HP SMART shows printer online - (PRINTER IS ONLINE))

Virtual agent useless and printer is about to be thrown out of window.

Unable to send HP agents a PM so posting here hoping for a direct message from one.

Hey SF37, man I feel your pain.

I've had similar problems, and I finally stumbled across real LIVE HP chat support.

HP Virtual Support is exactly that: "virtual", as in "virtually useless".
