I have got HP Instant Ink subscription on HP Envy Photo 7134. I am getting "remove and reinstalled the indicated cartridge (black), make sure it is correctly installed.

I have tried all steps mentioned on  HP support but I am sitting duck and can't print.

What surprises me is that HP doesn't provide proper contact to resolve the issue. I need a new black  cartridge because it's not working anymore but HP account say you wouldn't get until error is resolved.

 

Also, HP doesn't provide any support contact to call and communicate. There is a virtual assistant which is a bot which sends you automated instructions without actually resolving the issue.

 

How do I print now. I am really stuck and frustrated.
