I have registered  over 2 years now. I have been making payments as set. Till date I have not received a single cartridge. I don't print much but recently received an email.that i need to chamge my plan

I have so many rollovers and why would I want to change. Please justify and clarify how and when can I get any cartridge. Will it be just around the time my printer starts giving low ink indications..or after I am totally exhausted.

What about the payments I made for the years and if I change the plan I may lose my rollover...it's confusing..

I never have received any ink and you arr changing the plan for me to.lose ..should I cancel?

Please at least read the information in section Instant Ink - Cancellation

  • Ink is included with your active Print-by-Page subscription at no extra cost
  • Ink is not sent on a schedule
  • Ink is provided at no extra charge to the monthly subscription.
  • Ink is sent after the printer notifies the service that supplies are depleted and it is time for a shipment.

HP Instant Ink - What and How

Instant Ink is a Print-by-Page subscription.

You are paying to print a set number of pages each month.

Each plan, small or large, comes with as much ink as needed no additional cost.

True -- The subscription is billed each month -- Instant Ink is not a "pay if you use" service.

What is "Free Ink"?

There is no extra cost for ink.

Ink is provided as part of your subscription - use a drop or use a cup full, ink is included at no extra cost.

Important

After the initial Ink Kit is mailed out, ink is sent (only) when the printer notifies the service that ink is depleted and a shipment is needed.

  • All ink activated by the plan and all ink sent to you works as along as the trail / subscription service is active.

and

  • Subscription / Instant Ink remains the property of HP and should be returned to HP at close (termination) of the service contract.

Who Benefits?

Instant Ink is an excellent service for those who print regularly, print high-density documents or artwork, or perhaps print lots of homework.  For example, those who benefit the most include Teachers, musicians, writers who like hard copy, large families, small business offices, community centers, churches, and others who love -- or need -- to print on paper.

Hello Tabbu93.

The maximum amount of roll-over pages you can have is equal to your monthly plan. If you have a 100 page per month plan, the max rollover you can have is also 100. If you have many rollover pages, I'd suggest moving down to a lower plan, which is also less expensive. Perhaps that is what HP was suggesting to you.

With regard to your cartridges, they send them to me when my ink levels are near empty. I'd first go to your account and make sure your shipping address is correct so they will make it to you. Once, they did ship after I was empty, but I've had this plan for a long time and it only happened once.

Hope this information was able to help you.
