Hi 

We used the free cartridges happily and first instant ink cartridges turned up. 

Looking in menu black and white needed changing so we changed the black. Now after we've printed 20 cartridges we are getting a  "cartridge cannot be used until.printer is.enrolled.on.hp.instant ink". Message

 

Really guys what's going on?! We have approx 8 /9months of é ink remaining so not expecting to have issues this early on. We Bought this printer to help with working from home.

I also have the display "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink"
