Hi, I enrolled a new printer in december for instant ink, but didnt fully use the supplied stock cartridges until march. I have now installed the instant ink carts but the printer says not enrolled. Even though it is.
Tried the automated support route which all suggestions didn't fix it.
Can anyone suggest anything else?.

I had a similar problem and took both ink cartridges, the older color and the new black cartridge and reinserted them and the problem resolved. Not sure if maybe I didn't put the new black cartridge in correctly the first time. But that's what I did and the problem resolved.
