How do I override this comment to print: Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink

Hi @Tracy131Mo, Welcome to HP Support Community. 

 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
 

Your HP ENVY 7640 printer is locked to HP Instant Ink, meaning it won't accept Instant Ink cartridges unless it’s enrolled in the program. If you are no longer subscribed or want to use standard cartridges. 
1. Check Enrollment Status

2. Unregister from HP Instant Ink

>If you no longer want to use Instant Ink, cancel the subscription from your HP Instant Ink account.

>Once canceled, the Instant Ink cartridges will be deactivated, and you must replace them with standard HP cartridges.

3. Install Standard HP Cartridges

4. Reset the Printer

If the error persists:

Turn off the printer and disconnect it from power for 2-3 minutes.

Reconnect and turn it back on.

If prompted, update the printer firmware.
