I have followed the troubleshooting advice in response to the message of "there is a problem with one or more of your cartridges":
reinserting cartridges 3 times, cleaning contacts of cartridges and inside the printer, turning off and on.
It won't print.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair/replacement.
