I have an instant ink account, and all has been working fine for the first 9 months, but i have had a new cartridge delivered, and now my printer keeps on saying "Cartridge problem" remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, im not allowed to have a new one through my instant ink as the current one is still full but im unable to use it, this has rendered my printer unusable, and i seem stuck in a cycle with trying to get it working, obviously i am paying monthly for these cartridges and im a bit worried that  i am now stuck with a printer not working. 

 

I have tried the steps to clean the cartridge but it doesn't seem to have worked, I need the printer for my partners job, & it not working is really causing issues, What can be done to rectify this as the printer is not very old, & its driving us both insane. it worked fine before the last cartridge delivery. I've even tried unplugging, resetting, and reconnecting the printer, nothing seems to make a difference! HELP PLEASE!!!!
