My old cartridge ran out of ink, though the instant ink page said it had some ink left.  I replaced with the new cartridge that was sent as I was getting low, and now my printer says the cartridge is incorrectly installed/faulty.  I have been going around in circles trying to find a contact number to either get a new ink cartridge or support on how to fix this.  I am dead in the water right now unable to print.  What is the support number for Canada?  The virtual agent is terrible, and for some reason freezes when I am about to "get phone number" to contact support.  This printer is just about to go out my window I am so frustrated.
