I am really frustrated about this issue now. I'm with hp Instant ink and have been for two years nearly. My black cartridge is now not working at all it says to remove and reinstall the cartridge correctly. I have done all the steps to clean it all out and I've checked for leaks/issues I can't see any. I've fiddled about with it but literally no luck. Now I can't print? It says I'm not due another cartridge yet although it does show on my account that there's a cartridge issue. It would help if I could get in touch with someone to get a replacement. Has anyone got a resolution please?

Have you tried using a different browser?
I have been received messages from other users.
If that does not help, post the details here in public. I will have to get it removed once the issue is resolved with the help of mods.

Thanks for replying. I've tried to reply to your private message but it won't let me. It says I have reached my limit of private messages . Please try again later. I've not sent any messages on this before so I don't know what's going on. It's so frustrating

I've tried more than 10 times since yesterday to send you a private message back with my details. It will not let me send it for the same reason posted above. I'm desperate for a new cartridge. I can't use my printer without it? What can I do.
