Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Instant Ink error.
Looks like the printer was enrolled in the Instant Ink.
Are you still using the Instant Ink cartridges? It might not work if the Instant Ink account is cancelled or suspended.

Please send us a private message with the printer's serial# or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
