Cartridge error

Chrome OS

Bought 2nd hand Envy, initially had a message about instant cartridges so I swopped them and now I get the message "ONLY ONE SET OF INSTANT INK CARTRIDGES CAN BE USED" etc

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Instant Ink error.

 

Looks like the printer was enrolled in the Instant Ink. 

 

Are you still using the Instant Ink cartridges? It might not work if the Instant Ink account is cancelled or suspended.

Thanks for the response. I put standard 303 cartridges in from another HP6234 in and it’s still the same
