My printer is showing issues of no ink. I believe this is true as I have not received ink in over year. The printer shows an error of no ink. The software tells me that the cartridges are not communicating. The resolution is to change the cartridge.
How do I do this if you are not sending me cartridges because the cartridge is not communicating? This is the issue for both colour and black ad white.
Not a very good service if the resolution is not achievable and people are not available to talk to.
I do not want to cancel the Service ice as I have paid several times more than the cost of the ink cartridges received.
Please advise as to how you get a response from a faceless company such as HP?
