Hello,
Since last couple of days, I started getting printer error that "The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer".
I have done the restart then it prints one page and again gives the error. So 1 restart = 1 print.
Also, did reset the printer but it is the same error. I have instant ink subscription and it has been long time since I got ink. On printer it shows the black ink is empty but on app and portal it shows there is quarter of black and similar color ink still available.
Can you please help me here.

I see that the Instant Ink cartridge is not working.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
