I cannot print at all it says cartridge or account issue. I tried enrolling in instant ink but it says printer is linked to another account.

Hi @JjG294,

Thank you for the information.

Could you please confirm whether you purchased the printer from another person or received it as a used printer?

If so, the printer may still be linked to the previous owner's HP Instant Ink account. In that case, please ask the previous owner to remove/cancel the printer from their Instant Ink account.

Once the printer has been removed from the previous account, you should be able to enroll it under your own HP account.

Please let us know whether the printer was purchased from someone else, and we'll guide you on the next steps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi
