Hello,

 

Since day one I have a cartridge problem error for my color cartridge. I've tried all the troubleshooting found on internet and HP website, but no solution (cleaning contacts, took battery out for a while to reset printer, reset the printer to fabric settings, tried new software). When I take out the color cartridge, then there is no problem.

I recently bought a new color cartridge but still the same problem. Does anyone know a solution?
