I subscribe to the instant ink system , by printer is now showing a cartridge problem with the instructions to remove and reinstall the indicated black cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed
I’ve used the suggested help guides the forward is up to date the cartridge is clean and installed correctly the next step is to replace the cartridge but the instant ink system won’t send a new one until the error has been resolved.
The printer was working fine up untill this error message and I really don’t want to have to buy a cartridge and subscribe to the instant ink scheme
any ideas ?
