The printer doesn't work anymore, missing stripes all over the place and I have cleaned it with the available programs at least 6 times and it doesn't get better. What else can I do?
Thanks and best wishes,
Tim

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the gap in black printing. Based on the pictures you showed I would suspect an electrical connection issue. I would suggest cleaning the cartridge contacts as shown in Type 1 cartridges Step 3.

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it. Sadly, after cleaning the contacts, it became worse:
I also noticed, that there is some ink at the bottom of the black cartridge, shoud I do something with that?
Thanks,
Tim

The ink on the black cartridge looks normal, except perhaps for the green spot on the bottom left. I cannot tell if this is artifact like a reflection from taking the picture, but if it is debris or a tear in the flex (the Kapton tape that has the electrical connections) that could be an issue.
Also, have you checked the ink levels? It appears this is a setup cartridge, which does not hold a lot of ink.
I would suggest replacing the cartridge.

The issue really appears to be an electrical connection issue. Did you clean the electrical contacts in the printer as well as the cartridge? If so I would say the cartridge needs to be replaced.
The cartridges do have a warranty, see the document here for information. To get warranty coverage you will need to go to the Contact HP page, then enter the information for your printer. At this point it may say "Manufacturer's warranty has expired" To the right of this it will say "See details". Click the "See details" link, which will open another page with more details. Near the bottom of the text will be a paragraph that says :
HP has checked your product information, including the product and serial numbers, to determine your warranty results. The legal warranty expiration date is based on the date of purchase, as indicated on your receipt. If you feel these results are incorrect, you may submit a dispute for review. Dispute this >
Click on the "Dispute this" link which will ask for some additional contact information. Fill out the contact information, then in the bottom section select:
