The receipt of the above email referring to that above case number implies that I have a shipment on the way but there is no indication that that is the case. Is this how you serve the 6 month free ink, just ignore the need and not send anything out I am still getting error messages about my ink cartridge that is currently in my printer and would like to have a back up on hand. The last shipment was Oct. 11. The abvoe e amilw as dated 12/10
