I installed Instant Ink cyan and magenta cartridges in my 8025e All-in-One printer yesterday and got an error on the printer screen which stated that the cartridges were not communicating properly, and I could not print.  I tried two additional cartridges with the same result.  After nearly two hours with tech support, advanced tech support and Instant Ink support, HP determined that the problem was defective cartridges (FOUR of them!).  HP is sending me replacements, but after getting off the support chat, I tried two additional cartridges and those worked.  This is the second time I have had this problem, and I don’t understand why this happened.  My case number is above.
