Received a faulty yellow cartridge.  Been a customer over 6 years.  Tried contacting customer service with no help.  Virtual Assistant useless. Cannot get a hold of an actual human being.  So here I am having to spend $40 to go buy a cartridge just so I can finish my print job.  Horrid customer service.  As soon as my pages end that I already paid for, I will be canceling.  I'd rather spend more for ink and know it will work than deal with their "service". I would not recommend this service to anyone. If I had not already purchased my printer, I would have chosen to go with an Epson. Done with HP and their products.
