Change HP Smart Account from UK to USA

I moved from UK to USA and also changed my printer but the HP Smart Instant Ink account is still linked to UK and not able to change it in payment and billing section. How should I change this?

In my opinion,

The changes include not only the billing location.

If you brought the printer with you as opposed to purchasing a replacement, the ink cartridges need to be changed out for those used in the USA --and -- the printer region must be changed, too.

You likely need to wait for the beginning of the regular work week (Monday) to talk to Instant Ink Support.
