Hello there, would you please advise if it is possible to switch my HP account from personal to business?

If not possible would you please delete my account so I will be able to create it again as a business with the same email address?

I had the same question, but at least a month ago it was difficult to get an answer. The answer I found by trial and error is most likely no, Instant Ink Business is only available for the HP LaserJet Pro 3000/4000 / MFP 3100/4100 printers. Those printers use a different type of claim code which is required to add a printer to the business account.

 

I hope you get a better answer, but unless HP enables the "home coded" printers on the business site or updates the firmware of the older printers to have both types of claim codes, I think we're stuck on the home program.
