Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

You can update your payment card for your HP Instant Ink account by following these steps:

 

Steps to Change Payment Card

Sign in to HP Instant Ink

Access Billing Information

  • Click on Account in the left menu.
  • Select Billing or Shipping & Billing.

Manage Payment Method

  • Click Manage your payment method.
  • Choose Credit/Debit Card and enter the new card details (card number, CVV, expiration date).

Confirm & Save Changes

  • Verify that the billing information is correct.
  • Click Save Changes to update your payment method.

 

Once updated, your printer should resume working as long as the payment goes through successfully. Let me know if you need further assistance!
