Dear. Hp instant ink

I have tried ro change my plan from 500 page per month to 10 page per month. I received a confirmation email that says it's been changed to 10 pages. However, when I get back to the same page to change plan to 50 pages for this month, it shows that my current plan is 500 pages.

And it doesn't let me change any of other plans.

Now I don't want to keep a ink plan. Is there any option not having a plan with hp intent ink?

Thank you

Hi @Lia9239,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that, yes, with HP Instant Ink, you can cancel the service if you do not want to keep the plan.

What to know

  • You can switch to a different monthly plan at any time from your HP Instant Ink account page.

  • If you downgrade a plan, the change takes effect in the next billing cycle.

  • If you cancel HP Instant Ink, you can continue printing with Instant Ink cartridges until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • After that, you must remove the Instant Ink cartridges and install regular cartridges to keep printing, because Instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers.

  • Your final monthly charge is billed at the end of the billing cycle.

How to cancel HP Instant Ink:

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.

  2. Click HP Instant Ink > Update Plan.

  3. Scroll to Plan Details.

  4. Click Cancel Instant Ink and follow the prompts.

About the plan showing 500 pages:

Based on HP guidance, if you are trying to downgrade, the new, lower plan may not take effect until the next billing cycle, which can explain why your current plan still shows 500 pages for now.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
