I need to change my payment method to a bank routing number. My debit card was stolen and HP is trying to take the payment out.

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

You will need the help of an HP Agent or someone from the Instant Ink Support staff to review your private account information.

 

  • There is online help available 
  • Instant Ink Support is generally open during the regular work week (Monday-Friday).
  • Some regions post limited Weekend hours.

 

 

How the process is supposed to work --

Select Box "Your Instant Ink account"

Scroll down to second category:  Billing

It might be faster for you to contact Instant Ink Support directly.

The office posts limited Saturday hours in addition to Mon-Fri hours.
