Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am using instant ink for a couple of years now and recently changed to a new Printer OJ Pro 9022. This came with 2 months of free instant ink usage. Changing Printer was easy on my existing account, but now the free months are counting by using the cartridges that came with the Printer. Looks like I would have been better off to cancel my old contract and sign up for a new one so I am not ending up paying/using free months with the cartidriges I have payed with the Printer. With a new contract it would only count when installing new cartridges sent by HP. Doesn't sound like a user friendly Service...

Thanks,

U.

Hi @Uwe751

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

That is correct. The page count starts only from the day Instant Ink cartridges are installed in the printer.

I need more information to help you out.

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

I am sending you a private message with the information required.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
