I have 2 free months of Instant Ink. If I change the plan to one with higher allowance, do my free months remain? Thanks

Hi @alexsteph
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Yes, you can upgrade the plan and you'll still get your remaining free months. To upgrade the Instant Ink plan, refer to these steps -
1) Go to hpinstantink.com/signin (the HP Connected website) to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account, if you are not signed in already.
2) In the My Account section of your HP Instant Ink account page, click Change Plan.
3) The My Plan section opens, showing your current plan and the other available plan options and fees. Select a new plan.
4) Click Change Plan.
Let me know how that goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
Have a great day!
