I have somehow got two accounts with HP. I use one. I need to update my primary email address but the system won't let me because the email address I need to update it to is being used by the account I'm not using. All my ink information is in the account I need to change the email address on. I cannot figure out how to cancel the account I'm not using so I can update my email address on the account I am using. Please, can anyone help?
