Hi @mike3003,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Instant Ink Plan Change and Carryforward Pages!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are using the HP Instant Ink service and considering changing your plan, it's important to know how it affects your carryforward pages:

Carryforward Pages: These pages are a feature of the HP Instant Ink service that allows you to roll over unused pages to the next billing cycle, up to a certain amount based on your plan.

Plan Change: When you change your Instant Ink plan, your carryforward pages do adjust according to the new plan. Typically, when upgrading to a higher plan, you retain your carryforward pages up to the new plan's limit. Conversely, if you downgrade to a lower plan, your carryforward pages will adjust to align with the limits of the new plan.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
