Hi, changing printer and transferring instant ink account. I have a pack of unused instant ink cartridges sent for the first printer, can I install them in the new one?

Hi @Brommers

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try these steps - HP Instant Ink - Replacing or Adding Printers to Your Account

Once the new printer is enrolled in the Instant Ink, a new set of color and black cartridges will be shipped to you.

The ink cartridges meant for your old printer will not work with the replacement printer. Please send them back to HP. To order the recycling envelopes, refer to this document for steps - HP Instant Ink - Recycling HP Instant Ink Cartridges

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
